This meeting follows the discussion started on the 20-05-19-GRSF_pilotrelease and 20-05-26-GRSF_pilotrelease.
FORTH made several steps forward towards updating GRSF KB with fresh content retrieved from the original data sources.
A 2nd version was developed of the GRSF KB with those sources, while at the same time we preserved manually added information from the current version of GRSF KB (i.e. manual merges, URLs, IDs, annotations).
This meeting discussed:
TCom - BlueCLoud as opposite to the iMarine e-infra. BlueCLoud being the development and iMarine being the production environment. GCat and GFeed could also be the opportunity for the upgrade of the GRSF KB and application and better integration with BlueCloud.
Services from WP2 need to be identified and see what can be relevant to GRSF.
FORTH improvements
- FIRMS Harvester: new FIRMS endpoints and new IDs/OIDs.
- GRSF service endpoint returning UUIDs given FIRMS/FishSource/RAM IDs.
- Similarity: uses service from Emmanuel, BBoxes to return similar records.
- Management Panel: still pending.
- GRSF PRE VRE: a reminder needs to be sent to CNR for its release.
GRSF Diary: compiled based on FORTH's internal reporting mechanism.
FIRMS to upload in iMarine the updated ASFIS gear and species classification lists.
