This meeting follows the discussion started on the 20-05-19-GRSF_pilotrelease.
FORTH made several steps forward towards updating GRSF KB with fresh content retrieved from the original data sources.
A 2nd version was developed of the GRSF KB with those sources, while at the same time we preserved manually added information from the current version of GRSF KB (i.e. manual merges, URLs, IDs, annotations).
This meeting discussed:
- Modification of the data workflow when updating data harvested from FIRMS.
- To now use the Monikerj web-based service to provide the primary observation IDs containing the latest observation to automate the system further, while using the .csv file for the secondary observations containing the time series information. (File stored at Workspace >VRE Folders >StocksAndFisheriesKB >Requirements >FIRMS-to-GRSF https://data.d4science.net/5Tdg)
- Modifications completed by FORTH especially for records with the missing 3-alpha code values (type unknown).
- Updates implemented by FORTH relating to fishery records with partially matching semantic identifiers.
- Those partially matching records are to be put in annotation for the respecting GRSF administrators to check manually.
- The management panel is still not working correctly. Further follow up required.
- Modification required of the API to return GRSF information for a specific stock or fishery.
FORTH to check with Emmanuel regarding the R scripts for the bounding boxes (version details etc.).
