Notes¶
- Agrocampus Ouest is interested to get web services to extract from GRSF - Assessment Units the following:
- List of UUIDS and other identity metadata (semantic identifier, grsf name etc.)
- Time series of F, Landings, Catches, discards..
- FmsY, Fpa, Bpa..
It was clarified what GRSF is today disseminating and for which purpose (in support to SDG 14.4.1). It was discussed how to build such APIs based on competency queries. Through iterations, for each UUID, the service would return along the last 5 years the most recent available data on FMSY and catch/landings time series.
Follow-up actions¶
- FORTH to build competency queries and APIs according to the requirements
- FAO to test APIs and CQ
- CNR to implement sub-groups for time dependent information, ticket: https://support.d4science.org/issues/11806
- Agrocampus will eventually test the services and provide feedback
