Notes¶
Outstanding points
- Approving GRSF records: 2 types of approval - Automated procedure (for a sub-set of records under specific criteria) and Manual procedure (by authorized experts). Manual approval will start as son as the new records are published
- GRSF VRES: How to reflect changes made in GRSF Admin VRE into the GRSF VRE? The publication process is made by FORTH both in GRSF Admin and in GRSF VREs
- GRSF VRES: Can a single record be copied from GRSF Admin to GRSF Public? CNR to investigate if feasible the automatic copy in the GRSF VRE triggered by any updates in the KB
- GRSF catalogue: Did you implement all new requirements? (See meeting minutes 15 March 2018) CNR: those new requirements affecting the catalogue will be implemented while cleaning the environment
- GRSF catalogue: Citation, where we stand? (See also ticket https://support.d4science.org/issues/10960) CNR: to activate the GRSF citation mechanism; FORTH: to pass the full string of citation in an additional field in the JSON except the accessed date See Citation specification
- GRSF catalogue: TAGs, any improvement? CNR: tags display has been improved to show the full string, gear and flag state tags to be added
- GRSF catalogue: TAG for records with similarities / with no similarities These two new tags Will be added by CNR
- BUGS: GoogleDoc File to be screened and verify no (critical) left over CNR: a check will be made with the new environment
Shall we have any test release before starting with the final workflow? CNR/FORTH: YES, a first round with a sub set of records

Follow-up actions¶
- CNR to clean the catalogue environment (GRSF Admin)
- FORTH to build the new GRSF Knolwedge base from Monday 14 (a first round with few records, then the entire process) - then notify to CNR
- CNR/FORTH: to test the release in a first round with a sub set of records
- FORTH to add a TAG in the publication process, in the JSON, for "with similar records" / "without similar records"
- CNR to investigate if feasible the automatic copy in the GRSF VRE triggered by any updates in the KB
- CNR to implement all new requirements (See meeting minutes 15 March 2018)
- CNR to improve tags display and to add tags for gear and flag state
- CNR to add TAGs for records with similarities / with no similarities
- CNR to activate the GRSF records citation mechanism
- CNR to check file bugs and fix the pending ones
- FORTH to pass the full string of citation in an additional field in the JSON except the accessed date See Citation specification
- FAO to start the validation as per validation plan
