Description
A request came to integrate an algorithm developed by a Brazilian student on the PGFA-UFMT VRE.

The algorithm has been integrated and is currently running in the PGFA-UFMT vre.

One example of input is the txt file in attachment, to be imported under the TimeSeries template through the StatMan DataSpace interface.
I attach some screenshots about the algorithm execution and the data import.
The dates should be provided in US format. The statistical manager automatically tries to guess the date format but only English formats are guessed.
I'm waiting for the student's feedback to go forward or to close this ticket.
