Description
The new IS-Collector instance should be installed on: "collector-pre.d4science.org"
- Related to Task #2352: new VM for IS-Collector instance added

The is-collector instance has been installed. Before performing some functionality tests, I need to install the registry-service instance on "/gcube/preprod" scope.
