Description
In order to test the new MongoDB storage engine: WiredTiger, it's need to upgrade the MongoDB cluster in dev to version 3.0.0.
After that, we could enable WiredTiger on only one member and run with mixed storage engines for some period. If it works good we can switch other member to use the new storageEngine.
