Minutes¶
- The incorrect bounding box that appeared in one RAM area has been fixed. FAO will update the XLS with the bounding boxes and upload it on the workspace, and FORTH will use it during the next publishing iteration. - During the next iterations FORTH will update the records based on the new contents/suggestions for the management entities.
- The URLs appearing in the catalogue are not the correct ones. The mistake occurs while publishing (instead of the catalogue URL, it is published the UUID). FORTH to update these URLs with the update facility.
- Some time-dependent information have empty values. FORTH to further inspect this.
- The URL for the source of information (i.e. the actual timesheet) seem wrong for some FIRMS records. FORTH to check this.
- Some (historical) data (especially from FIRMS) are missing. Only the latest ones are visible in the catalogue. FORTH to check this.
- Several fields need to be renamed or changed the way they are presented. FAO to prepare a table with their suggestions for editing them. Upon the receipt of this table, CNR will update the catalogue.
- Similar records should contain also a human-readable name for the record. A proposal is to have something like the following: (Title - Semantic ID - UUID)
- As regards the validation workflow it should also support recommendations for merging records based on the similar records (that can be shown to the user as a list of items) or by specifying the particular record to be merged (using the record UUID)
