Meeting Notes¶

Scope of the meeting was to review the structure of the GRSF github vocabulary and to take operational decisions for incorporating the updated vocabulary in the GRSF KB and in the GRSF records.

Actions¶

• Arturo to liaise with Emmanuel Blondel and Yannis Marketakis for completion of area codes in GRSF and related ingestion in the geospatial database for being rendered within the GRSF records.
• Arturo to liaise with SFP for completing national area files, e.g. Russia. Yannis to contact SFP for GEAR codes
• Yannis to update the gear and species vocabulary in git
• Yannis to updated the GRSF KB once the updates of the vocabulary are completed
• Yannis to refresh the KB and the catalogue with the new codes and newly approved records.
