  • Costantino is ready for a new round of publishing.
  • Costantino asked for validating the management panel, Yannis confirmed that a test is needed; Nikos stated that testing the management panel. can go in parallel with the publication of records in the GRSF Admin.
  • The competency queries need to be refreshed and republished in the GRSF Admin VRE, if this takes to much time the page should be hidden.
  • Aureliano raised the need to have a new flag for stocks suitable to SDG 14.4.1. It can be done by the end of the project but not for this release.
  • TAGS have been fixed upon requirements.
  • The shared doc on bugs was checked and discussed. The majority of them were solved.
  • A webinar on GRSF is foreseen on the 25 of January, CNR and FORTH are welcome to contribute.

Follow-up actions

  • FORTH/CNR are going to publish records in the GRSF Admin, by Wednesday 17th of January 2018
  • FAO to validate the management panel (a call with CNR and FORTH on Thursday 11th of January at 10.30)
  • FAO to confirm the RAM indicators to be harvested for the KB
  • FORTH to publish the new competency queries
  • FORTH/CNR to add a new flag "SDG" in the management panel
