Notes¶

RAM colleagues have tested the GRSF VRE Admin taking into consideration the on-going work on bug fixing https://docs.google.com/document/d/1q-WUWsgSZUVb_iMNoZV9udCuHN_qVVxaQ0EizosT7Lg/edit and the coming updates of the catalogue configuration.
Tests were made in November in https://i-marine.d4science.org/group/grsf_admin/data-catalogue

Issues highlighted

For RAM, the abundance level and fishing pressure indicators are arranged in the same csv file, whose title is "Abundance level" (even when only exploitation rate indicators are available). For FIRMS, abundance level and fising pressure indicators are arranged in two different csv files. Example: http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/fad38b3e-7fa0-3e25-9e3b-496ff8ef06e2
Within "type", there are 1278 RAM items, while within "groups" these are 2430.
Unit label: for RAM it includes the name of the fishery indicator, hence the label "Unit" should be changed or different column added.
In the record page, the source of information should be indicated in the csv header

RAM to keep going testing focusing on stock record identifications and data consistency aspects (i.e. import of catch, abundance level and fishing pressure time series)
FAO to liaise with developers regarding the above listed malfunctions/improvements
