Could you please check that Christophe Lett and Anne Elise Nieblas can edit tickets and wiki pages once logged in.
They don't have the rights to do so for now.

Hi Julien, access to the wiki and tickets is linked with the access to VREs. Could you report which tickets (tickets associated to which projects: gcube, d4science, bluebridge) and wiki pages they should edit?

The wiki page is a page of the BlueBRIDGE Project wiki. She has to become a user of the BlueBRIDGEProject VRE to get the rights to edit that page. As far the ticket system, it is a ticket about the D4Science infrastructure and @massimiliano.assante@isti.cnr.it will answer.

This is very weird, I verified and Christophe is member D4Science Infrastructure project on Redmine so he must be able to do it. I see he last successfully connected to the tracker on May 03, 2017 03:01 PM

Could you ask him to retry?

Anne Elise is not member of the BlueBRIDGEProject VRE, this is why she cannot edit the BlueBRIDGEProject wiki.
