Description
KNAW DANS has reported this problem for one of their researchers: Jerry de Vries has some problems accessing the documentation in D4Science, even though he already has an account. His email is jerry.de.vries@dans.knaw.nl.
I looked for Jerry in the list of users but I can't find him. I then tried to send him an invitation but D4S tells me he is already registered. ???
Please can you sort this out.

what you mean by "Jerry de Vries has some problems accessing the documentation in D4Science". What documentation? Can you paste me the link Jerry is not able to access?
what you mean by "I looked for Jerry in the list of users but I can't find him". Jerry appears in the list of registered members of PARTHENOS VRE: see https://services.d4science.org/group/parthenos/manage-user-and-requests and search for Jerry.
