Description

The Home / SAI Examples / Simple_WPS4R_Annotation folder is shared among several people with "Write Any" rights.
However, when opening this folder with SAI, a user who is not the owner of the folder gets a message like

"Insufficient Privileges to READ the node /Home/gianpaolo.coro/Workspace/StatisticalAlgorithmsImporter/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation/AbsencesSpeciesList-prod-annotated.r for user ..."

whereas, the owner of the folder cannot alter the files in the folder. When overwriting, no error is returned but the file is not changed.

This issue is similar to #5626, which was solved by restarting the portal.

"SAI Examples/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation" is now working.
The problem wasn't related to HL, but to wrong references to the project in the file "SAI Examples/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation/stat_algo.project". Except for the root folder "SAI Examples/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation", the other references were to a private folder of gianpaolo.coro "/Workspace/StatisticalAlgorithmsImporter/" (paths and ids). Such folder is not a shared folder, so it's right that you get an Insufficient Privileges Exception for every user except "gianpaolo.coro", the owner.
Maybe the issue is related to the bug opening multiple tabs. Such bug will be fixed in gCube 4.2.
I've fixed the problem modifying the file "SAI Examples/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation/stat_algo.project", replacing the wrong paths and ids with the correct files in "SAI Examples/Simple_WPS4R_Annotation".

Saving the main code to the WS works, but the recompilation does not affect the process executed by DataMiner. The package in the Target/Deploy folder is changed (I have checked the content), but this does not correspond to the file downloaded by DataMiner, which is http://data.d4science.org/bksxMGVWTlZ3WjM5Z1ZXYXlUOUtMZzVSNlBhZXFGb05HbWJQNStIS0N6Yz0

Indeed, the files should be exactly the same. What file and folder the link above is really pointing to?
