Automatic package deployment failed on that node because there were broken source repositories defined:

W: Failed to fetch http://repository.egi.eu/sw/production/umd/3/debian/dists/squeeze/Release  Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-i386/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)

W: Failed to fetch http://repository.egi.eu/sw/production/umd/3/debian/dists/squeeze-updates/Release  Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-i386/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/UMD-3-base.list:deb http://repository.egi.eu/sw/production/umd/3/debian/ squeeze main

I already removed them some time ago, but they were installed again. Please don't put them again, because the automatic deployments fail if the update cache returns with error.
