The mentioned instance was used for development tests. I don't need it any more and there is no data I need.
The machine was shut down on my request few months ago.
As far as I know no other else used it, otherwise he/she complains already.
from my point of view you can delete it. We will recreate with provisioning script another one in the future if needed.
