The available plugins produce report in terms of open, in progress, closed tickets, providing statistics regarding the time spent, the average closing times and so on.

This ticket was open to find something which collects the notes inside tickets and produces reports regarding activities done in different WP.
A plugin to investigate better is

this seems running on local machine (windows only)
Gianpaolo Coro can you please check this plugin because I don't have a windows machine available to test it.

The software requires direct connection to the Redmine MySQL database.
Andrea Dell'Amico could you please share these credentials with us?

We are using postgresql as the Redmine backend. If the tool only supports MySQL we cannot use it.

Yes, the tool supports MySQL only. There is option to use another DB.
