it seems that since 2016, up today, the files uploaded on the wall are downloadable.
Before 2016 are not.

It seems to be a download problem that happens when the scope is not correctly set in the uri-resolver webapp. I'm going to investigate on it. It seems that this problem isn't related to the upload date. Please, @e.trumpy@igg.cnr.it could you provide an example of an image no longer downloadable?
