FAO Tuna Atlas; left panel stats and what's new fail to load

Description
It seems that the stats, toptopics and whatsnew fail to load in FAo TA.
It says "report issue" I duly oblige

Stats was not deployed in FAO_TunaAtlas VRE, now it is. Top Topics is not shown because there aren't topics at all in FAO_TunaAtlas VRE. While Recent Documents is broken, I'm assigning the ticket to @valentina.marioli@isti.cnr.it

The issue is due to some missing files:
- IOTC-2015-WPTT17-DATA07- CECoastal.csv
- IOTC-2015-WPTT17-DATA06- CESurface_rev1.csv
A ticket about the file "IOTC-2015-WPTT17-DATA06- CESurface_rev1.csv" was already opened by Anthon one month ago: https://support.d4science.org/issues/2347.
Also the file "IOTC-2015-WPTT17-DATA06- CESurface_rev1.csv" suffers from the same bug, because they were created/updated at the same time.
In the previous ticket, we asked to replace such files, but they are still broken, so I'm going to remove them to avoid other problems.
