Description

Couchdb log level is very low. This create a huge amount of log.
Please modify the ansible script to set couchdb log level the highest possible. Please also fix the level it in the running instances:

Development:
couchdb01-d-d4s
couchdb02-d-d4s
Production:
couchdb01-d4s
couchdb02-d4s
