The resource manager service instance hosted on "node13.d.d4science.research-infrastructures.eu" should also join to the gcube/preprod VO.

The resource-manager service has been added to the preprod vo.
I've also successfully added some ServiceEndpoint to the preprod VO. The new VO is ready to use
