Description
Users developing software for D4Science and testing our facilities need to provide feedback, sometimes on D4Science tickets. Thus, they need to be allowed to modify them. Two users (Julien Barde and Paul Taconet) alerted me they could not provide feedback by editing D4Science tickets.

@gianpaolo.coro@isti.cnr.it I asked to @roberto.cirillo@isti.cnr.it to create a ticket and to try to modify it. He has the same credential of @julien.barde@ird.fr. He should be able to modify it.
@gianpaolo.coro@isti.cnr.it can you check it with him?
Regarding Paul Taconet he is not registered to BlueBRIDGE Project VRE https://i-marine.d4science.org/group/bluebridgeproject so that cannot do anything on D4Science.
As announced here https://i-marine.d4science.org/group/bluebridgeproject?oid=4ef20303-b8c3-4954-91e2-dfb005732530 from 22/01/2016 the only way to access to this Redmine project is to be part of BlueBRIDGE VRE or gCube VRE. No exceptions allowed.
Please let me know.
