Bug #16261
closedFAO3alpha code missing for 2 RAM records
100%
Description
For whatever reason two RAM records are without fao3alpha code
The species is Cleisthenes herzensteini and the fao3alpha code is HZJ
Updated ASFIS classification can be found here http://www.fao.org/cwp-on-fishery-statistics/handbook/general-concepts/identifiers-for-aquatic-animals-and-plants/en/ and I have updated https://goo.gl/yDdvJP (in Workspace > VRE Folders > StocksAndFisheriesKB > Requirements > DSDs_and_Mapping_to_GRSF-Standards)
RAM affected records:
Cleisthenes herzensteini North coast of Hokkaido http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/48523ebe-69b1-3436-8105-bdf60bc3f062
Cleisthenes herzensteini Sea of Japan http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/d76b0d90-744a-37f7-9923-0a52bac25d51

I'll fix that. In addition, I found another one that can be fixed. To this end, we'll update the following:
Cleisthenes herzensteini (Code: HZJ, Type: ASFIS)

Lepidorhombus spp (Code: LEZ, Type: ASFIS)

Clearly, apart from the missing codes, we'll update the semantic identifiers of the GRSF records accordingly.

In addition, we have the following species that do not have an alpha-3 code? Is there something about them?
- Parophrys vetulus (e.g. http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/a6c1c682-9e93-31d8-b0af-375ced75ed81)
- Pandalus eous (e.g. http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/1c5f91e4-31ed-34cb-a78b-0f28b17f6fde)
- Sebastes auriculatus (e.g. http://data.d4science.org/ctlg/GRSF_Admin/fda70016-3ebc-3c56-8894-3f2e9d542f2b)

I see in ASFIS 2018 (asfis 2019 will come in the next month or so) there is only:
"34" "1780100154" "RIQ" "Sebastes auriculatus" "Brown rockfish" "Rocote moreno" "Girard 1854" "Scorpaenidae" "SCORPAENIFORMES" 0
for the other two it will be "unk", for the time being

Thanks for the feedback. I've updated the GRSF KB accordingly.
I'll start updating the records as well.

The FAO Alpha-3 codes for the corresponding records have been fixed.
In addition, I've update the semantic identifiers of the GRSF records when necessary and updated the records in GRSF Admin VRE.
