Resource Sweeper does not sweep GHN Resources

Description
The Resource Sweeper is no longer able to sweep expired GHN resources. The problem seems to be in the resource deserialisation.

The new deserialisation is performed through the Resources class of org.gcube.common.resources instead of using JAXB, the fix is available on dev.d4science.org monitor. The production portal could be patched too, no RMP compilation is needed just a jar needs to be replaced (rpm-common-library 2.2.1)
Please deploy the patch on the production portal.
The fix has been released in 3.7.0 and should build tonight.
