Description

By the comment reported at https://support.d4science.org/issues/10960#note-8

Item vs Record, we already discussed on that, GRSF stands for Global Record of Stocks and Fisheries, not Global Item for Stocks and Fisheries

We need to rename the entity "Item/item" as "Record/record" in the CKAN file language.

I just added a dedicated CKAN language file for the GRSF Catalogue in order to rename the entity "Item/item" as "Record/record".

@aureliano.gentile@fao.org let me know if it sounds for you.

Just a note...
Now we are referring in the GRFS catalogue like "Record/record" also the items of FIRMS, FishSource and RAM (i.e. for FIRMS https://bluebridge.d4science.org/group/grsf_admin/data-catalogue?path=/organization/firms)
Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish through the CKAN language file among items belonging to several Organizations, if this is acceptable OK, otherwise, I should restore the previous file language with "item" translating which is more general.
