Please remove orientdb from startup services on orientdb02-d4s.d4science.org and orientdb03-d4s.d4science.org

Description
The instances orientdb02-d4s.d4science.org and orientdb03-d4s.d4science.org must not be started.
To avoid to start teh instance @andrea.dellamico@isti.cnr.it suggested to comment 'sudo /etc/init.d/orientdb start' line from startservice script.
Unfortunately in case of shutdown the service is restarted on startup.

I made it manually from orientdb02-d4s.d4science.org and orientdb03-d4s.d4science.org.
I think that the service will be added again in case of upgrade of orientdb on such machine.

I changed the playbook and the inventory for the production orientdb servers so that the service on the the 02 and 03 nodes is explicitly stopped and disabled.
The two hosts weren't part of the inventory, so they were not provisioned anymore.
