there is an error on the connection to the db
failed to read bundle (stacktrace on DEBUG log level): 2dbdca3f-8251-4b61-a922-e3c33fe9746d: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to workspace-repository-pg.d4science.org:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
