TextCrowd DataMiner service - Errors with HAProxy and virtual hosts

Description
It looks like that some dataminers have been added to the TextCrowd cluster, but these machines are not all properly configured and updated. The Williams algorithms do not appear int the list always, and sometimes the list is empty, maybe the DMScheduler should be updated

there should be only one machine here:
dm-192-168-100-104.garr.d4science.org
We can fix these new machines.

To overcome the problem, only that machine:
dm-192-168-100-104.garr.d4science.org
is added to VRE to remedy the problem.
I suggest correcting the problem on the others and getting the machines back to the clusters when they works.
