Ansible: clean the smartgears state if the scope change

Description
If I change the scope on container.xml via ansible, when the playbook run it doesn't clean the smartgears state.
In this way the changes made are not available on the IS when the node is restarted.
We should add a task for cleaning the state before restart the smartgears container.

This problem happened only with the old smartgears version. With the new Smartgears version it's working fine.
I've performed a test with the following smartgears version: 2.1.3-4.7.0-154641
