Description
In particular, find a way to enable authentication on oplog collection. This collection is used by storage-manager-trigger for accounting but in this special collection is not possible to add users.

Now, the mongoDB in development environment is runninng with authentication and the accounting trigger is able to sniff record from oplog capped collection
