The VRE should offer:
* access to abiotic and biotic data functional to the case
* access only to the algorithms used for this case. Such algorithms could be organized into specific categories that make the DM of this VRE specific for this context.
* the catalog with the things mentioned above.
* the pufferfish case presented as in the article (based on the stories presented in the VRE by SoBigData).
