update database-rm-algorithms on dataminer instances

Description
It's needed to update the library above on all dataminer instances on production environment otherwise the db manager portlet doesn't work properly.
I'm going to load the new jar on svn (zip file) and test it on FAO_TunaAtlas VRE if all is ok we can update the dataminer application on the other production instances.

The current zip does not satisfy Andrea's request. The zip contains old algorithms and is useless without an alignment. On the EGI machines the aligner cannot be run because we do not have direct access. Thus, the zip should be updated with a current production DataMiner configuration and libraries set.
