Description
The Home Library webapp is down because the tomcat seems to be blocked in the deploy phase with the following message:
INFO: Deploying web application archive /home/gcube/SmartGears-Bundle/apache-tomcat-7.0.67/webapps/whn-manager.war Mar 19, 2017 10:41:25 AM org.apache.catalina.startup.TldConfig execute INFO: At least one JAR was scanned for TLDs yet contained no TLDs. Enable debug logging for this logger for a complete list of JARs that were scanned but no TLDs were found in them. Skipping unneeded JARs during scanning can improve startup time and JSP compilation time.
