New ghn-distribution not available in release 4.3

Description
The release 4.3-gcore has an old ghn-distribution. Some libraries are not upgraded (common-scope-maps, common-encryption). I need to have the new ghn-distribution (7.0.1) available for performing the upgrade of preproduction infrastructure.

@gabriele.giammatteo@eng.it can you attach the last org.gcube.distribtion subsystem configuration to the release as reported in #7247 ?

it has been attached already yesterday. We are waiting for the results of the night build. @mariaantonietta.digirolamo@eng.it can you please, verify if the ghn-distribution 7.0.1 has been built as soon as the build results are available? Thanks
