GenericWorkers not working in DEV environment

Description
The GenericWorkers with SmartExecutor running on the following machines are not working:
node6.d4science.org 9000
node17.d4science.org 9000
node19.d4science.org 9000
node22.d.d4science.org 9000
The GHNs are down. I have restarted node17 but I cannot assign it to a VRE (the infra monitor return failure) and when I run a computation I do not see the GenericWorker plugin working.
Have these machines been altered in some way?
In order to finish tests on new services these should be restored, please.

This issues depends on ticket #278 and on huge message spam produced by the old accounting system.
