Migrate NKUA nodes from Ecosystem to /gcube/preprod

Description
In order to complete the migration from the old preproduction environment(Ecosystem) to the new one (/gcube/preprod) it's need to migrate the following nodes:
dl18.di.uoa.gr dl19.di.uoa.gr dl20.di.uoa.gr dewn07.madgik.di.uoa.gr dl27.di.uoa.gr dl28.di.uoa.gr
and update the related wiki:

The following VMs moved to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, the scope was changed to /gcube/preprod, java was upgraded to oracle-java-8, the container was updated and the services were removed (avoid issues with java 8) so that the new services get installed when the new release is ready
