Description
In TabMan, I import a file with tuna captures. One column codes for area, with codes such as "5410120".
In another file we have a column with a WKT like "POLYGON((-121 10,-121 11,-120 11,-120 10,-121 10))"
Can a codelist be discovered based on column values? We had this feature in the past.

No, a codelist in TabMan cannot be discovered automatically.
In timeseries we were using the guesser library implemented by @gianpaolo.coro@isti.cnr.it but this library have been dismissed.
If you think this functionality is needed please open a task and we will study its feasibility according to the effort.
