FAO recently released a new version of the ASFIS list of species. I shared the resource with Lucio.

We ask for a merge template / workflow that performs the following:

Convert the uploaded csv to a codelist (using one or more templates);
Validate the contents of teh new codelist;
Produce a 'diff' with the previous version (I uploaded the current FAO produced diff to the VRE folder / FAO Reference data) https://goo.gl/Q8XYVV
The diff could be saved with the codelist resource
Merge the codelists

Now, we would like to add in the merged codelist also the year each record where it first appeared (time dimension, is that possible in a CL?)

Finally, we would like a facility to 'publish' this CL to other VRE's. The results:
CL_ASFIS_Dyna would be a dynamic CL (The manager of TA can apply changes over time, the users of the Cl in e.g. Stock assessment see the changes)
