Description
now we keep only 10 backups of the WS database, we need to increase it in case we realize that there is an issue 10 days after it is happened (eg. in case of summer holidays)

This was the retention policy for the DB dump at day T:
at least daily db dump of days T-1 till T-N with N in the range 9-15
4 daily db dump older than day T-N-2
4 daily db dump older than day T-N-9
With a total of 9-15 daily + 8 older DB dumps
Anyway I have increased the number of retained days just now,
we will have the last 12 to 18 daily db dumps + 12 db dumps from older weeks
