Description

I see a lot of the following accounting logs on ghn.log. The load is very high (27) and no recent calls have been registered in access.log. Please could you check? I'm going to restart the service

There should be only one FallbackMonitor thread per scope. the log evidenced that there are many.
This thread does not interact with IS but it is the problem we have evidenced in #12031

I'm going to investigate it.
