Otherwise we loose the configuration of the already installed algorithms.

Done.
The playbook now removes the /home/gcube/wps_algorithms_install_log/already_installed_algorithms.txt file after a dataminer upgrade, and the algorithms-updater script do not skip the run when that file is absent, even if the svn algorithms repository was not updated.
