More functions in the templates + workflow approach

Description
What would be very interesting is to have:
1) More functions in the templates (not only Time aggregation, normalization and filters but all the functions that are available in the TabMan -> add or remove a column, group by, replace in rows, the geospatial functions, merge, replace by using another dataset, etc...)
2) A workflow approach to the data transformation operations: basically, to be able to memorise a history and to apply this history to another dataset that would have the same input format

I'm moving this requests in a new task ticket. We can discuss there about the operations we could add in a new version of tabular data's templates.
