Description
The IS Resource (Service endpoint for the training DB) should be made available on the gCubeApps VO as well. It is needed for a number of VREs under that VO.

I need to recreate the resource at root-vo level and add it to gCubeApps VO. The previous resource was created at VO level under D4Research VO.
Now, I'm going to recreate the resource at root-vo level and replace the resource under D4Research with the new one in order to have only one resource on the infrastructure for this db.
