I just removed the role from d4science-ghn-cluster.

Added the role again, so that we can purge the packages and the configuration from the hosts.
Removed all the ganglia configurations from d4science-ghn-cluster and the isti-global variables.

Removed the configurations from the hardware hosts and fixed the nagios configurations so that they will not check the presence of the ganglia client demon.
